Note:
Before turning in your
Overnight form check to make sure your First Aider attending information
is filled in, Troop Camping Certified Adult attending is filled in and
that you have a Girl Signature on your form. |

This form must be submitted to the GS
Office before: Money earning activities related to the trip are approved
and undertaken. Approval is granted of Progression 3 or 4 Travel Form |

International travel refers to international Trips. This includes
travel to Vancouer, B.C, Victoria, Alaska & Hawaii - girls ages 11 and
older may travel to these locations provided they have appropriate
progression. “Intent to Travel Form” already on file.Girl Scout leader
submits form to VISTA Girl Activity Coordinator. Girl Activity
Coordinator approves, sends copy to troop and Girl Scout council Office.
