Fernhill Wetlands

600 acres of wetland wildlife habitat. Home to herons, hawks, eagles, beaver,
otter, mink, waterfowl, shorebirds, and songbirds. Peregrine Falcons and a pair
of Bald Eagles are returning visitors. The Fernhill Wetlands Research and
Education Field Station, currently under development, will be open to the
public. Viewing stations, walking paths, and informational kiosks provide
opportunities to discover nature at its best in Forest Grove.
The Wetlands is located off Highway
47 in Forest Grove. About 1/2 mile south of Pacific Ave/Baseline/Highway 8/TV
Highway (its all the same road it just changes names the farther west you go).
It is on Fernhill Road about .2 miles from highway 47.
