While working on this try-it, do Requirement #1 for Citizens Near and Far. Have the girls bring in a story they have found with their parents from the newspaper, radio, television or book of someone being a good citizen. Let the girls see about people helping people. At the girls schools see if they have a reward system set up for kids who help each other or maybe teachers who recognize kids being good like catching a child helping another child.

Discuss what that child did and why it was good.
